Handmade ethically in New York, Cool is a Construct was started by Chloe Neu, an FIT student ( :D ) , and the brand is definitely going to be taking over soon. Cool is a construct, has the coolest pants, tops, dresses, and bikinis. Speaking of bikinis, their 3 piece sets are sure to be a staple for summer.

Cool is a Construct does not only guaranteee an effortless, cool-girl look, but the brand also has a huge focus on sustainability. Pieces are made to order using deadstock and custom textiles, addressing the problem of wastefulness in the fashion industry. The brand ensures ethical pay for garment workers and a limited environmental impact, which makes their items worth their price.
